Costs
- Emergency treatment costs the same as regular treatment.
- Statutory surcharges may apply in the evening, at night and at weekends. Feel free to ask about these when you call.
- You usually pay directly with a debit or credit card and always receive a receipt.
- Have supplementary dental cover? You can claim the invoice afterwards. For questions about reimbursement, please contact your health insurer.
Waiting time
- Your appointment time is a guide only. It’s not possible to say in advance how long emergency treatment will take.
