Complaints policy

We always do our best to help you as well as we can. Is there something you’re not happy with? Please let us know. Only then can we put it right.

  1. Please discuss it with us. Tell the dentist or please call the practice. We can usually sort out most issues together through a good conversation.
  2. Contact the complaints officer. If we cannot resolve the matter together, or if you would prefer not to speak to us directly, the practice is a member of the KNMT, the professional association for dentists. An independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and us free of charge, with the aim of finding a solution. You can submit your complaint via the KNMT complaints form.
  3. Refer the matter to the dispute resolution body (geschilleninstantie). If you still can’t resolve the issue, you can submit your complaint to the Geschilleninstantie Mondzorg. They will issue a binding ruling.

These procedures comply with the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). Your complaint will be treated in confidence and will not affect your ongoing treatment.
